What really sets us apart from other designers and engineers is the fact that we actually care about the success of your production.
Where other companies may draw the line, we keep pushing to ensure we've done everything we can in our capacity to make your production the very best.
We understand the symbiotic relationship of designers to productions. One cannot exist without the other. It's too easy to forget this fact, and fall back on excuses like "it's just a job" when things get difficult. The truth is though, if the production is not successful, chances are good that we won't get hired again. So it's in our best interests to make sure all our bases are covered, and we've done everything we can do within our budget and capabilities to ensure success.
How each person guages success can be wildly different. With most productions, the ticket sales are the largest measure of success. We understand this intimately and strive to make your word of mouth full of praise every single evening. There are also many productions where there is no income by design, such as non-profit or PR campaigns. So we guage these types of productions differently, weighing heavily on the satisfaction of the production managers, and audience response. The point of all this is to show you that we aren't simply waiting for our checks to clear. We have a vested interest in everything you do. And that's the way we like it!
